The specialize in a variety of projects including; commercial, academic, health care, retail, and multifamily; with most of their projects ranging between $5M-$15M. Job Description

The Construction Estimator - Remote (VT) will be responsible for:

• Analyze construction blueprints and other documents to prepare time frames, costs, material, and labor estimates
• Prepare bid packages, development budgets, and analyze subcontractor bids for use in conceptual and bid proposal estimates
• Establish pricing and conduct comparison activities
• Work closely with construction project management team to maintain estimate throughout project
• Consult with vendors and internal project teams to resolve issues
• Establish and maintain strong subcontractor relationships

The Successful Applicant

The Construction Estimator - Remote (VT) should have:

• 5+ years of estimating experience (commercial projects)
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Must have strong computer skills and be well versed in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additional preference given if experienced in Microsoft Project, P6 Primavera, On-Screen Takeoff
• Experience bidding valued at $3 million or more
• A "go getter" attitude
