Your New Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Multiple Project Teams: Oversee various project teams, ensuring efficient coordination and successful execution.
Leadership: Lead and mentor other Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant Project Managers (APMs).
Program Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our project management programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with Superintendents, project staff, and other stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Develop innovative solutions to challenges encountered during project lifecycles.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant Project Management experience, specifically on Water Treatment or Wastewater Treatment projects.
Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively.
