About The Role
Raycon is currently seeking a talented and experienced Content Production Manager to the Raycon Creative Team in New York City. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Content Production Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of content creation initiatives across various channels, with a focus on direct-response advertisement and User-Generated Content. This individual will lead a team of video editors and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging and impactful UGC that drives customer acquisition and conversion.
This role will report directly to our Creative Director. This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of our New York City Office.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation: Oversee and execute the production of UGC for paid social channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards
Content Planning: Lead the planning and scheduling of production activities, ensuring alignment with campaign calendars, product launches, and seasonal promotions
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of content creators, and video editors fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
Resource Allocation: Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality content
Quality Assurance: Review and approve content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Raycon's brand voice, messaging, and values
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze Meta performance metrics of UGC, providing qualitative insights and recommendations for optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and other departments to align content strategies with overall business objectives and priorities
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners, agencies, freelancers, and vendors to augment content production capabilities and meet project requirements
What You Can Do
5+ years of experience in content production, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), and project management tools (Monday.com)
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects
Proven track record of managing content production workflows, teams, and projects from ideation to execution
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and visual communication
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Raycon is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
NYC Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD
