Arcadia is looking for an experienced Producer to help develop AR projects from ideation through to execution. The role will require oversight of multiple projects and cross-functional teams. The producer will manage the day-to-day needs of strategy, design, creative and lens production teams and will ultimately be responsible for delivering unique and innovative AR experiences that exceed partner expectations. This role will require a candidate to flex between traditional producer and project management responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

  • Produce world class AR through efficient project management and production guidance
  • Ensure successful delivery of a full package of project deliverables inclusive of AR lenses, marketing materials, decks, and sizzle videos
  • Assist in leading bi-weekly internal project status meetings, developing timelines, tracking deliverable approvals, and overall ensuring the project moves smoothly
  • Manage key client communication throughout the development process and partner with cross functional teams at Snap.
  • Work closely with Executive Producer and Arcadia’s Global Director to manage the workload of designers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations
  • Positive attitude and passion for augmented reality

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of project management or production experience working with global brands
  • Basic understanding of video, print, and digital production processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign projects in parallel
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Experience in Agile project management
  • Experience working in the beauty industry

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $86,000-$129,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $82,000-$122,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $73,000-$110,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
