Solomon Page has partnered with a national corporation in the Mortgage industry. Our client is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Specialist to join their team starting in July. This role will begin in office and move to hybrid after training. Therefore, the candidate must be local to Austin. The perfect candidate will have mortgage industry experience along with Call Center experience.
- Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Answering up to 25 calls per day
- Assisting with customer inquiries and answering questions about property taxes
- Managing email inbox in timely manner
- Meets KPI deadlines weekly
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- No degree necessary
- Mortgage or real estate industry experience
- Excellent typing and communication skills (35 WPM)
