The Role
Collaborate with various managers to understand their business insight needs, including tracking metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Define and monitor KPIs, analyse large datasets to identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive business success.
Design, build, and maintain insightful and action-oriented dashboards, reports, and metrics while ensuring data integrity and validity.
Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders across the company.
Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Work closely with operations, data, R&D, finance, and other teams within the company.
You
3-6 years' of experience as a data/business analyst with a strong background in statistical analysis.
Extensive experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Looker.
Strong understanding of business operations.
Expertise in SQL and Excel.
Experience with A/B testing methodology
Ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex quantitative analysis clearly and visually to aid decision-making.
