Data Entry Rep (Typist) - Remote | WFH

Responsibilities

Help manage and organize backlogged work with precision and efficiency.

Compile reports and import information by entering and retrieving data from various systems and resources.

Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records meticulously.

Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to address business objectives and resolve issues.

Ensure the integrity of master data and conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, adhering to data privacy policies.

Identify and correct errors in data entries to ensure data consistency.

Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential data.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

At least 1 year of experience in data entry.

Experience working with homeless families or individuals is a plus.

Proficiency in a computer-based work environment with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Available Shifts And Compensation

Available shifts are all days except Saturdays and Sundays. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour.
