Job Summary The Franchise Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the franchise sector in ensuring complete and accurate data, including analysis of volume allowances and passbacks. This role will touch facets of account management, data acquisition, and member support. Responsibilities: Perform detailed analysis and validation of financials to ensure transactional data completeness. Ensure accuracy of billed volume allowance and passbacks to customers. Develop and prepare internal/external financial reporting. Determine best method of report delivery by understanding options available to customer base. Work with external stakeholders to collect data. Work with internal stakeholders to determine needs of the business. Ensure that all dealings with suppliers, clients, and internal personnel are carried out ethically. Moderate travel required. Qualifications: Completion of undergraduate degree and/or equivalent business experience 3+ years purchasing and/or contract management experience General understanding of business/contractual terms and conditions Financial analysis, trend analysis, and/or audit experience preferred Flexible/adaptable to change Collaboration - Works well as a member of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service focus Motivated/self-starter Prior foodservice experience is preferable This position requires a detail-oriented team player with excellent follow-through Computer Skills - Advanced level knowledge of Excel with heavy use in pivots and V-Lookups; experience in Power BI development.
