Director, Human Resources - HRBPs

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will provide leadership, guidance and development to the company's team of HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and manage the day to day of the team of HRBPs
• Work in a collaborative environment to uphold company policies, best practices and work closely with business leaders in an effort where HR can assist in strengthening and supporting internal teams.
• Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
• Reporting directly to the VP of HR, work collaboratively to carry out HR strategies, assist with urgencies/escalations and communicate with internal HR team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management- REQUIRED
• 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
• MUST have a minimum of TWO (2) years of experience leading HR functions in a call center/BPO industry environment
• Must be able to mentor and provide guidance/leadership to direct reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

KEY POSITION DETAILS

• This role will require working ONSITE, a hybrid work schedule will be available after probationary period
• MULTI-STEP INTERVIEW PROCESS, onsite & virtual
• Selected Candidate MUST have prior Call Center services or CX Solutions or BPO industry experience in a HR capacity
• MUST be comfortable working in a LARGE company environment, onsite and with virtual global teams
