We are seeking an experienced human resources leader to join our team at ScriptPro. As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in developing HR strategies, overseeing operations including payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance, employee-oriented culture that promotes engagement and productivity. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to solve complex organizational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing and compliance with employment laws.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and support ongoing workforce development.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leadership, building strong relationships across the organization.
Collaborate with senior management to foster an inclusive and high-trust work environment.
Manage core HR functions such as compliance, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, promoting growth and expertise within the department.
Coordinate employee communication initiatives such as Town Hall Meetings and leadership roundtables.
Drive continuous improvement in leadership development and management training programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and HRIS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a hybrid remote/in-office environment (minimum 3 days in the office per week).
Working Conditions
This position operates in a professional office environment and requires the routine use of standard office equipment. The role involves extended periods of computer use and occasional lifting, stooping, and bending.
