Currently partnered with one of the most exciting software providers in the EV infrastructure space in North America. After securing multiple rounds of funding, they are seeking a Director of Customer Success to secure and grow enterprise-level accounts.


EV Charging Experience in a customer facing role is a must


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, managing relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Marketing, to align customer success initiatives with business goal
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in the software industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
