Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, managing relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Marketing, to align customer success initiatives with business goal
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in the software industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
