SourceFactor is conducting a search for a Senior Director of Information Technology. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of 3 days per week in the Northern Virginia office.
Our client is a mid-sized manufacturing company (1,000 employees) headquartered in Northern Virginia, with operations throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The Senior Director of IT reports to the CFO and manages the entire IT organization.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
Broad IT experience with particular emphasis on ERP / Business Applications implementations (SAP preferred). Infrastructure and cloud experience is great, but successful candidates must have demonstrated ERP management and implementation experience
IT management experience to include supervising teams of people as well as managing IT functions
Experience with SAP products - ideally S/4HANA
Experience working with organization leadership, business units, and operational teams to understand business needs and ensure that technology investments serve the strategic goals of the business
Manufacturing and supply chain experience is a major plus
Candidates for this role must be US Citizens, Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders) or otherwise not require any type of sponsorship to work.
