Community hospital and healthcare clinic looking to bring on a Director Pharmacy! Quarterly bonus incentive program!
This Director will oversee a team of 14 while handling all administrative duties for an inpatient setting. Pharmacy hours open until 8pm and weekend schedule. On the Pyxis system. Reports to the hospital CEO. Responsible for opioid stewardship program and anti-microbial stewardship program.
Licensure in good standing by the New Mexico pharmacy board required.
Successful completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or one that is determined to be substantially equivalent to a U.S.-accredited program by a certifying agency required.
2+ years of Pharmacy management/supervision experience.
Ability to work the bench if need be.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
