Role: Director of Sales

Salary: $200,000 + 40% Bonus

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team in the electric vehicle space, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the EV industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of EV market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Full autonomy on growing the team and strategizing business plans.
