In this Hybrid, Direct Hire, Director of Total Rewards position, you will define and execute comprehensive compensation/benefits strategies & programs while leading the Total Rewards Team. Collaborate with all employees including Executive Management, to analyze and establish compensation and benefits plans that are internally equitable and externally competitive which attract & retain top talent.

Important Details:

Location: Hybrid 3-4 days onsite in Southeast Valley Area, AZ

Salary: $155K + Target of 30% Annual Bonus


Background Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar - Required
  • Professional certification (CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP) - Preferred
  • 6 or more years Compensation & Benefits experience
  • 5 or more years of Leadership experience
  • You would describe yourself as a Total Rewards Subject Matter Expert
  • Exceptional Communication skills, ability to influence others and build strong partnerships with all functional business areas & cross-functional teams
  • You enjoy being both a Strategic & “Hands-on” Tactical Leader to support your team and drive results
  • Demonstrated Track Record of Analyzing/Administration/Implementing & Execution of Compensation & Benefits programs including strategy & compliance
  • You would describe yourself as a highly analytical problem-solver with great attention-to-detail and time management skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills including PivotTables & VLOOKUP’s & MS Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS Systems and Data Management
  • Must be a Permanent Resident | U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
