In this role, you will be responsible for leading the performance marketing strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand and ensuring that our marketing efforts are effective, efficient, and innovative.

Director Performance Marketing - Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive website traffic and customer acquisition
• Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across all marketing channels.
• Drive innovation and experimentation by testing new marketing channels, tactics, and strategies to unlock growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Director Performance Marketing - Requirements:

• Extensive experience within the consumer industry
• Experience managing budgets $30m+
• Strong performance marketing skills driving traffic and acquisition/conversion.
• Previous experience managing marketing agencies
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
