Job Overview

Join us as a Director/Senior Director of Supply Chain and play a crucial role in managing global clinical distribution for our late-stage programs, while also preparing for the exciting phase of commercial launch. This position reports directly to the SVP, CMC and offers the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities

Lead the management of clinical supply chains for solid oral and topical development programs.

Develop robust strategies for commercial supply to ensure readiness for product launch.

Directly oversee packaging, labeling, and distribution operations at external manufacturing and logistics partners.

Collaborate closely with project teams and external partners to establish realistic timelines for drug availability.

Demonstrate adaptability and take ownership in meeting tight timelines and overcoming operational challenges.

Work collaboratively with commercial and regulatory teams to ensure compliant label content and packaging designs.

Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and stakeholders to develop comprehensive demand plans and forecasts for all manufacturing stages.

Manage global drug movements and navigate international import requirements.

Contribute to negotiations of commercial supply agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline.

Minimum of 10 years of supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Hands-on Experience In Commercial Forecasting And Inventory Management Preferred.

Proven expertise in managing clinical supply chains and working effectively with integrated CDMO partners.

Strong knowledge of logistical and regulatory considerations affecting global movements of clinical and commercial supplies.

Familiarity with IRT and ERP software.

Understanding of oral dosage form development, pharmaceutical quality systems, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Ability to engage in complex commercial supply chain negotiations.

Leadership qualities with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to a dynamic work environment.
