Role Overview

Join us as the Director/Senior Director, Supply Chain, where you'll play a crucial role in managing global clinical distribution and shaping the commercial supply chain for our late-stage programs. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to our vibrant Durham, NC office.

Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain Management:

Lead the strategic management of clinical supply chains for solid oral and topical development programs.

Develop robust strategies to ensure readiness for commercial product launches.

Operational Excellence

Directly oversee packaging, labeling, and distribution operations at external sites.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet project milestones efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance And Collaboration

Work closely with regulatory partners to ensure compliance with global import requirements and logistics.

Commercial Planning

Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive demand plans and forecasts across all manufacturing stages.

Contribute to negotiations for commercial supply agreements to support our growth strategies.

Qualifications

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management.

Skills

Proven track record in clinical supply chain management and commercial launch planning.

Strong understanding of logistics, regulatory requirements, and ERP software usage.
