We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer specialized in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) energy storage systems to join our dynamic team in Langhorne, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with specific expertise in the design, development, and implementation of energy storage systems. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management skills, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop energy storage systems for commercial and industrial applications.
Perform detailed electrical engineering analyses, including system sizing, performance optimization, and safety assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of energy storage systems with existing infrastructure.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support project development.
Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of energy storage systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Participate in the preparation of technical documentation, including design specifications, schematics, user manuals, and data sheets.

Assist in the development and testing of new energy storage technologies and products.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in energy storage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on energy storage systems for C&I applications.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of battery technologies, power electronics, and energy management systems
Previous experience with lithium-ion battery systems preferred
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, including NFPA codes, NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) certifications, and other related regulations for C&I energy storage systems.
Knowledge of energy policies, regulations, and incentives related to energy storage preferred
Experience with system integration, grid connectivity, and renewable energy sources.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven ability to prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals and data sheets.
