Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC is a leading consulting firm in the Aviation & Aerospace industry, specializing in supply chain optimization. We are currently seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our team. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components and products according to specifications.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to specifications
Use hand tools and soldering equipment to perform soldering and wiring tasks
Perform inspections and functional tests to ensure product quality and conformance to standards
Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly processes and techniques
Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in electronic assembly or a related field
Knowledge of electronic components and their functions
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
Proficient in soldering and wiring techniques
Experience with hand tools and soldering equipment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with quality control and inspection processes is a plus
