Elementary Behavior Coach

River Rock Academy in Shiremanstown, PA is seeking a qualified Elementary Behavior Coach to provide youth in the program with guidance, support and structure through mentoring and role modeling. The person in this position will help maintain coverage of students in the classroom and Regroup and Reconnect Room.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accountability of youth
• Complete all documentation within the student database
• May provide physical education class to students
• Respond to all crisis interventions
• May provide transportation for students to and from school
  
  

WORK SKILLS

• Ability to respond to crisis interventions and use approved Safe Crisis Management techniques as required.
