Engineering Manager

AKSA Power Generation, USA, LLC, is currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to add to it's existing team. The main aim of this job is to be responsible for the creation, development, sustainability, and design of the company's technical infrastructure in accordance with established standards.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and update the documents (technical drawing, schematic, manual) related to standard production
• To ensure that all kinds of designs (electrical, mechanical, production process/flow) are made, implemented, documented and archived
• To ensure that technical processes are determined in specification and / or special works, bills of materials (BOM) are issued in the SAP system and relevant tests are carried out
• Providing technical support to the relevant departments before and after sales
• To ensure the management and administration of the works within the scope of project leadership
• To determine the new products that should be included in the product range of the company, to complete the necessary research and to determine the organizational needs that will contribute to the quality of the company or the brand
• To lead the R&D activities so that the company can reach the targeted level
• To make the necessary changes by supervising every stage between planning and implementation
• To take the necessary steps to benefit from technological developments that will positively affect the performance of the company
• After planning and analyzing new projects, sharing the data obtained with the relevant manager and obtaining approvals
• To follow up and execute R&D center projects
• To ensure that the personnel are responsible for work within the framework of their duties and responsibilities
• To ensure that its employees comply with all kinds of precautions and rules regarding occupational health and safety, and to supervise whether they comply
• To ensure that its subordinates participate in training on occupational health and safety
• To determine the training needs of its employees and to ensure that they receive training
• Ensuring the implementation of environmental management systems and working in accordance with the rules
  
  

Experience & Education:

Bachelor's Degree int the following disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, with a minimum of 15years of experience., including Genset experience is vital.
