Graphic Designer

PureRed is currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team of creatives. The right person for this role excels in a fast-paced remote work environment, is a proactive self-starter, and loves the challenge of discovering what makes people “click”. The goal of the Graphic Designer is to help translate marketing briefs into effective designs for web and social media that stimulate targeted audiences and breakthrough the noise while staying true to established brand standards and guidelines. You will report into one of our talented Art Directors and our Creative Director and assist in the creation and production of digital and social executions.

What You'll Do:

• Generate clear ideas and concepts
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience?
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines?
• Collaborate with the animation team and craft ideas within the allotted budget and timeline?
• Present completed ideas internally
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices?

What You'll Need:

• Must have 1+ year of experience, preferably at a marketing or advertising agency
• Proven ability to design against a creative brief, exhibited through a portfolio or existing work?
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite (PSD, XD, AI, Dn)?
• Ability to develop innovative graphics
• Knowledge of 3D media a plus
