We are seeking a Head of People Operations who is a self-starter and able to thrive in an agile, fast-paced and data-driven environment.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of HR experience in a professional services/consulting environment
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, change management and leadership development, including manager and executive coaching.
  • Oversee creation and execution of company-wide People initiatives and programs
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of profit drivers in a professional services model.
  • Experience creating strong partnerships with employees at all levels and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through skills.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support individual and team effectiveness. Advise and consult client groups on organizational design, team effectiveness, and integration.
  • Support talent review and succession planning processes, while ensuring performance goals are aligned.
  • Develop and empower senior and middle managers to take accountability for the People needs and challenges within their organizations.
  • Drive implementation and adoption of key People analytics with the goal of optimizing InRhythm’s programs and culture.
