The Housekeeper will coordinate and supervise all aspects of daily and periodic cleaning of Murphy USA's Wilson Place apartments to include; general cleaning, tenant services, supply management.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Keep facility and common areas cleaned and maintained
Turn over room after use including; sanitizing and disinfecting, exchanging linens, washing dishes, and deep cleaning kitchen equipment.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
Wash windows
Clean and restock restrooms
Clean/remove stains caused by spills
Collect and dispose of trash as needed
Assist tenants when necessary
Wash, dry, and fold all linens as needed
Properly clean upholstered furniture
Maintain records and correspondence, prepare reports, submit purchase requisitions
Manage supplies and accounts, contract vendors, prepare and submit inventory reports on supplies
Establish working relationships with employees
Monitor and report any abnormal building, HVAC, or lighting conditions
Perform Any Other Related Duties As Required Or Assigned
Assist with corporate level events as needed
Qualifications

Education And Experience
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 2 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
