Position Overview
Frontline Managed Services is looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively. This role requires adaptability, integrity, and the ability to manage HR projects to support the organization's goals and objectives.
General responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, employment, benefits and leave of absence coaching, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.
HR Policies and Practices: Provide expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. Ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Adaptability: Respond flexibly and promptly to the changing needs of the organization. Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solution-oriented Initiative: Proactively identify HR issues and propose effective solutions. Reach out to employees and leaders to gather feedback and implement improvements to the work environment.
Problem-solving Skills: Identify and resolve workplace issues in a timely and effective manner. Provide guidance and support to employees and management.
Strategic Thinking: Align HR strategies with the organization's goals and objectives. Contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives that support business objectives.
Integrity: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain high ethical standards in all HR practices.
Analytical Skills: Interpret data and metrics to make informed HR decisions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Project Management Skills: Manage HR projects from inception to completion. Ensure project goals are met within deadlines and budget constraints.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Previous experience working with Accounting and IT professionals.
Experience with working with Paylocity.
5 years of progressive experience in a generalist capacity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
