Human Resources Director

Our client is looking for an HR Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of organizational policies and procedures, and drive human resources strategies.
• Oversight of staffing and recruiting needs; develop and implement talent acquisition and retention best practices.
• Leads compliance efforts with federal, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and understanding of organizational goals and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources operations.
• 5+ years' of professional HR operations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
