Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and oversee the recruitment process.
- Identify, design and implement robust learning and development training programs that support employee growth and organizational needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition and learning & development teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by providing opportunities for professional development, skill enhancement, and leadership training.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on talent and development-related matters.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve processes and outcomes.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop career paths and succession planning programs to support employee advancement and organizational continuity.
- Develop and manage the budget for talent acquisition and learning and development activities.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years related HR experience with at least 5 years specifically in talent acquisition and/or learning and development/talent management and management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using HRIS & ATS systems.
- Experience supervising and managing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of AAPs (Affirmative Action Plans) and laws/regulations related to staffing and recruitment required.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
