Title: IT Site Engineer with Network experience

Location: Hawesville, KY

Position Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Schedule: On-site, 100%

Must Haves:

• Four-year degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience (preferably within a manufacturing environment), with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Understanding of IT support, including ITIL concepts, Microsoft technologies, Cisco networks, and virtualization technologies.
• General knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing and coaching peers and subordinates.
• Ability to work with diverse teams at multiple organizational levels and across business functions.
