We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist that will be responsible for crafting engaging experiences across email, web, and mobile app platforms. This role requires a strong background in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, with a particular focus on multi-channel activation using Braze.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns using Braze, focusing on email, web, and mobile app experiences.
• Build and manage multi-channel canvases, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
• Conduct segmentation to target specific audiences effectively.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Generate comprehensive reports to measure the success and impact of campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Braze and multi-channel marketing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Braze multi-channel activation preferred.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with mobile platforms, though not necessarily as a mobile developer.
• Proven experience in building and managing multi-channel canvases in Braze.
• Strong background in segmentation, A/B testing, and multivariate testing.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
