Instructional Designer

Are you a creative genius with a passion for retail and content creation? Our retail client is seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer to join their high-caliber, fast-paced, and smart-working team. This fully remote position, based in the EST time zone, offers an exciting opportunity to develop engaging product knowledge information and create compelling scripts, videos, and other informational content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product knowledge information on a weekly basis.
• Create scripts, videos, and other informational content to assist teams.
• Produce 13-14 videos per month, with each video ranging from 1 to 3 minutes.
• Use Adobe Express and Adobe Premiere for video production.
• Edit graphics as needed.
• Utilize Adobe products and have familiarity with Vimeo.
• Focus on product categories, customer focus, and attachments.
• Work with provided content for script and video creation.
• Eventually, Learning and Development (LD) will reach out to merchants for content gathering.
• Provide needs analysis, measurement, and design of learning programs for all employees.
• Develop and deliver programs, as well as supportive content/reinforcement of training.
• Ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and behaviors required to perform their jobs effectively and safely.
• Create and manage the onboarding program and new employee orientation process.

Required Tools and Skills:

• Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere, Adobe products, Vimeo.
• Instructional design, video scripting, graphic editing.
• Smartsheet is a plus.
• Must have experience developing material for retail store associates.
• Work Style: Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Engagement: Should have completed similar projects successfully in the past.
