Who You Are

What You Will Do
Consults on ISD studies and projects; provides extensive subject matter expertise and mentoring; provides extensive ISD subject matter expertise.
Performs the systematic process for the assessment and development of training solutions, designed specifically for the purpose of formal training delivery.
Manage a team of Instructional Designers to develop effective curriculum & training and promote a healthy team culture that achieves organizational strategy and goals. Implement the curriculum & training design process to ensure that new and existing products provide the intended user experience and outcomes.
Refine and uphold curriculum & training standards in line with design principles and learning design development best practices.
Support field staff to capture ongoing stakeholder feedback for continuous improvements of curriculum & training, ensuring alignment with advancements in best practices.
What You Will Need (Qualifications)
Doctorate Degree
Minimum 10 years of related experience
Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
