Nolan Financial is a national leading financial services firm, focusing on executive benefits for the past 35 years. Due to continued growth and expansion, Nolan Financial is currently seeking a full-time Insurance Analyst, with key responsibilities of supporting the Insurance Plan Services Department. Position has significant potential of advancement for the right candidate. Position may be located in any one of the following locations:

Remote – Eastern Time / Remote - Central Time


Key responsibilities include providing support for the Insurance Plan Services Department include, but are not limited to:


  • Assist in providing project management, including initiation, communications, services and resources of key program events such as annual enrollments and benefit changes. Assist in the development of presentation materials and annual plan reviews.


  • Contribute to the development, updating and enhancement of materials associated with presentation, enrollment, new client communications and administration of new and existing client plans.


  • Respond to participant/sponsor questions in a timely and courteous manner via phone and email.


  • Provide assistance to internal teams and management for tasks/projects as assigned.


The successful candidate must be extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills, problem solving and analytical abilities. He or she must be able to interpret financial information and draw valid conclusions. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop communication skills both via email and phone to effectively speak with human resource professionals and high-level corporate executives. Experience with Microsoft Office programs is required with heavy use of MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint. Candidate must be willing to learn new concepts in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle cyclical work pressures with professional demeanor. Must be a team player willing to participate and interact with other departments.


This position requires an undergraduate degree in finance or business-related field or the equivalent combination of education and related experience. Experience with individual life insurance and disability products, corporate owned life insurance and bank owned life insurance is highly desirable.
