We're looking for a motivated individual who will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You'll be working with one of the top brokers in the country! We're accepting applicants from CA, OR, WA, AZ, and NV.
The Insurance Producer Will:
Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.
Attend industry events and stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up to date client and sales records in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
The Insurance Producer Background:
Must have a valid CA insurance license.
Previous experience as a Producer or Insurance Sales
Previous book of business
Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
5+ years P&C/Employee Benefits sales experience
Salary:
First year: $100,000- $150,000
Second year: $150,000-$300,000, based on book
