Ready for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a junior HR Technology / IT Systems Recruiter to join our internal team!

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in LinkedIn engaging and networking to connect with future clients and identify exceptional talent to fulfill critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Networking

  • Prospect and Network: Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage buyers that are seeking technical resources in HRIS, ERP, VMS, CRM, Procurement domains.
  • Relationship Building: Communicate with buyers through various channels and convert them into long-term clients by showcasing Dayfoxx Resources' expertise and value proposition.

Recruitment and Talent Sourcing

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source qualified candidates with expertise in HR technology | It systems technologies, focusing on integration, configuration, and implementation.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn and other job boards, ensuring they are engaging and attract top talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Salesforce technical talent to ensure a steady flow of candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, building relationships and encouraging them to consider new opportunities.

Process Management and Improvement

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track the recruitment process.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

Experience and Skills

  • Experience: Experience in recruiting for HR technology and IT systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) is a major plus!
  • LinkedIn Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and talent sourcing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Any background in this area is highly sought out!
  • Client Management: Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships
  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to candidates and clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure agreements and close deals effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Not required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in HR technology and IT systems not required.
