Junior Project Manager

Our client, a retail and ecomm brand just outside of Boston, is looking for a freelance Project Coordinator to support their creative team for the next 3 months, most likely longer!

This is a hybrid (Tues-Thurs onsite), 40 hours per week role.

The Project Coordinator will play an integral role on the Creative Team, reporting to the Creative Director and working alongside their Creative Operations Manager ensuring that projects are on time, have allocated resources and review process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Participate in weekly project meetings and assign new incoming projects daily

- Manage project boards and work with Creative Ops Mgr on timing and reviews

- Sit in on a lot of meetings to keep track of progress/being able to multitask

- Oversee some creative work that comes through that spans web, email, social, retail, international and media

The ideal Project Coordinator will have:

- A minimum of 2 years of Project Management/Creative Ops/Traffic experience; retail / ecomm is a huge plus!

- Experience supporting a creative team and keeping projects on track; any exposure to traffic is key

- Exposure to Monday.com, Excel, Word, Teams and Google Docs is helpful (these are the systems they use)

- Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Experience managing a high volume of work in a fast paced environment
