Key Responsibilities

Internalize and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with provided curricula.

Develop supplemental resources to deepen student understanding.

Establish and maintain school-wide and classroom routines for a conducive learning environment.

Motivate students to achieve high behavioral and academic standards.

Analyze student performance data, adjust teaching strategies, and plan for long-term learning goals.

Maintain regular communication with families to ensure shared expectations.
