Who we are looking for

The Lead Creative Producer will work alongside Design and Narrative teams. This role requires a wealth of production and project management knowledge across various mediums, including a deep digital expertise with a keen interest to explore other areas of creative production, including but not exclusive to, out of home, broadcasting and physical experiences. You are passionate, exceptionally organized and enjoy finding solutions whatever the challenge. A natural team leader with outstanding communication skills, you thrive under pressure, embracing change and knowing when and where to be flexible.

You have a wealth of experience when it comes to working directly with creatives and commissioning work from a broad and diverse network of agencies and creative individuals. Whether you're managing a digital workstream delivering assets en masse, on set managing the production of a shoot, commissioning an illustrator, or working with an architect to build a space, you don't get phased by the unknown - but rather energized by the challenge of learning as you go.

When it comes to communication you digest, edit and circulate the most important information clearly and effectively to partners in teams across the business. However complex the project, you always remain clear on priorities and are not afraid to empower your team members. You're an outstanding collaborator who knows how to get the best out of everyone. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and advising others around you, proactively helping the team develop their skills and our creative output. When things change direction or obstacles appear, you lean in and the challenge the brief and speak up in order to land on a new solution.

What you will work on

Day-to-day, you'll sit as part of our Digital Studio, focusing on prioritizing multiple workstreams across several mediums delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. Working within a multi-disciplinary team collaboratively to complete the brief delivering on time and within budget. From project to project you'll commission and balance multiple creative partners from world-renowned agencies to up-and-coming individuals. You'll support end-to-end on projects, involved from the moment the brief reaches our team to execution - whether that's a suite of digital assets, an event, or a brand anthem for key consumer moments in Nike's calendar.

Who you will work with

Your day-to-day will consist of working with a team of designers, producers and communication experts. Beyond this core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives - leading all aspects of the commissioning of various work across multiple subject areas. Within the broader Marketing function, you'll be required to collaborate with your counterparts across many different teams to help deliver creative in accordance to our Brand Standards.

Aside from the day-to-day you'll work alongside other production leads to drive functional excellence making sure the team gets regular opportunities to learn, encourage and share knowledge with each other.

What you bring

  • A wealth of experience in project management or production for agencies or brand, delivering across multiple mediums from brief through to final execution - with proven experience leading digital workstreams
  • Proven experience handling complex timelines, budgets and deliverables
  • Photo production skills and experience producing content at the highest standards
  • Strong understanding of creative disciplines, and a curiosity about cultivating a broad network of external partners to elevate our creative output
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and a strong teammate, able to develop positive relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leads, with a pro-active and collaborative approach to working through challenges and ambiguity
  • Forward-thinker with solution-focused mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
  • A passion for creativity and committed to staying up to date with current and future technology
  • Travel 10% of the time
