What is this role?

As a Lead Designer at Cirkul, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring other designers and assist in the creative direction of full campaigns across digital, print, and packaging.

What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results: Lead the strategic development of visual campaigns across various platforms and orchestrate the successful execution of design campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Taking Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end process of design projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Making Decisions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions that align with Cirkul’s objectives and resonate with our target audience.
• Cultivating Relationships: Foster collaborative relationships with marketing, product, and production teams to ensure seamless execution, translating business goals into creative strategies and deliverables.
• Instilling Trust: Lead by example by demonstrating a commitment to excellence and consistently delivering design solutions that align with our brand and expectations.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize user experience and aesthetics to create impactful design. In tune with industry trends, market insights, and best practices to continuously innovate and elevate Cirkul’s brand design aesthetic.
  
  

What background should you have?

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design roles, with a proven track record of leading projects and/or design teams
• Expert proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, advertising, and digital design
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and pitch designs to stakeholders
• Keen eye for aesthetics, strong conceptual thinking, and meticulous attention to detail
• Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, inspires the trust of others and works with ethics and integrity.
