- Manage and develop productive relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure optimal service levels.
- Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all fulfillment and logistics operations to maintain business continuity.
- Optimize logistics and warehousing solutions to provide cost-effective logistics opportunities while ensuring stable business operations.
- Support global logistics team to optimize business processes and handle daily exceptions to ensure smooth operation.
- Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimize delivery processes and cost savings.
Position Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a top logistics or warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top e-commerce logistics company. Experience in e-commerce customer projects is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.
- Excellent problem solving skills, strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly.
- Negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers.
