We are seeking a Platform Services & Solutions Manager to be a strategic adviser and dedicated partner to our valued customers. In this client-facing role, you will drive tangible value by enabling customers to execute their interoperability strategies and leverage our comprehensive ecosystem efficiently and effectively.

As a Platform Services & Solutions Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

Business Strategy and Technical Consulting (95%):

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, acting as their trusted technical management consultant and strategic adviser.
  • Foster partnerships across the organization to continuously enhance our capabilities and meet evolving market demands.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with customers, collaborating closely with their business, leadership, and technical teams.
  • Execute expert-level program management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions through effective timeline management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and partner coordination.
  • Scope interoperability needs, leveraging expertise in our API and integration capabilities, and provide comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Provide technical problem-solving and strategic product/solution roadmapping to ensure enduring customer success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, coordinating cross-functional teams and liaising with operations and product teams to meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in our product functionality, interoperability, workflows, and prevalent use cases necessitated by the market.

Cross-Functional Leadership (5%):

  • Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives to support team, divisional, and company goals, contributing to overall performance enhancement.
  • Engage in culture activities and initiatives that promote a healthy, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in professional services or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technology and/or healthcare engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a successful track record of working in a heavily matrixed organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead conversations from deeply technical to C-level strategy.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% when necessary (not consistently).
  • Passion for improving healthcare and empathy for our product and service users.
  • Desire to understand complex problems and drive high-quality, systemic solutions.
  • Experienced, confident communication skills.
  • Technical business impact skills: knowledge of activities, tasks, practices, and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities.
  • Ability to assess benefits, risks, and success factors of potential scenarios and applications.
  • Understanding of the healthcare environment and business demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity and improve clarity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an extended, cross-functional team.
