We are seeking a Platform Services & Solutions Manager to be a strategic adviser and dedicated partner to our valued customers. In this client-facing role, you will drive tangible value by enabling customers to execute their interoperability strategies and leverage our comprehensive ecosystem efficiently and effectively.
As a Platform Services & Solutions Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Business Strategy and Technical Consulting (95%):
- Manage a portfolio of customers, acting as their trusted technical management consultant and strategic adviser.
- Foster partnerships across the organization to continuously enhance our capabilities and meet evolving market demands.
- Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with customers, collaborating closely with their business, leadership, and technical teams.
- Execute expert-level program management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions through effective timeline management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and partner coordination.
- Scope interoperability needs, leveraging expertise in our API and integration capabilities, and provide comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide technical problem-solving and strategic product/solution roadmapping to ensure enduring customer success.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, coordinating cross-functional teams and liaising with operations and product teams to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in our product functionality, interoperability, workflows, and prevalent use cases necessitated by the market.
- Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives to support team, divisional, and company goals, contributing to overall performance enhancement.
- Engage in culture activities and initiatives that promote a healthy, inclusive team environment.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in professional services or management consulting.
- Proven ability to lead complex technology and/or healthcare engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills and a successful track record of working in a heavily matrixed organizational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead conversations from deeply technical to C-level strategy.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% when necessary (not consistently).
- Passion for improving healthcare and empathy for our product and service users.
- Desire to understand complex problems and drive high-quality, systemic solutions.
- Experienced, confident communication skills.
- Technical business impact skills: knowledge of activities, tasks, practices, and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities.
- Ability to assess benefits, risks, and success factors of potential scenarios and applications.
- Understanding of the healthcare environment and business demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity and improve clarity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an extended, cross-functional team.
