Position: Director of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing including product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, PR, and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and product management to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across various channels to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in the food and beverage industry, preferably with experience in clean-label or functional ingredients.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
