Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for warehousing automation solutions
  • Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical and control systems
  • Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Evaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new designs
  • Optimize designs for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during installation and commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
