Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our diverse portfolio of media assets across three dynamic cities. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will be responsible for driving growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives and seize market opportunities.
Operations Management: Provide oversight to ensure seamless integration and community engagement across radio stations, digital displays, websites, and a production company.
Revenue Generation: Implement initiatives to maximize revenue and cultivate partnerships with advertisers.
Client Relationships: Deliver customized solutions and exceptional service by understanding and meeting client needs.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to foster innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
7-10 years of progressive management experience in media, with a preference for radio or digital media.
Proven track record of revenue growth, operational management, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of media industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
