Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Network Troubleshooter and Provisioning Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of network installations and troubleshooting complex issues across a variety of network equipment. The ideal candidate will excel in both technical troubleshooting and project management, with a focus on enterprise-level network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to customer installations.
• Perform provisioning tasks to ensure network accessibility for authorized users, devices, and servers.
• Utilize technical expertise to configure and maintain network equipment, including but not limited to Juniper (MX80, MX960, MX480, MX240, QFX 5100, QFX 5110), Cisco (9K series), Nortel, and Ciena (8180).
• Implement and manage IS-IS and spanning tree protocols.
• Conduct final quality control checks to ensure adherence to network design standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Manage tickets and tasks within a structured time management framework (e.g., 240-minute intervals).
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and provisioning enterprise networks.
• Proficiency with command line interfaces for various network equipment (Juniper, Cisco, Nortel, Ciena).
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with circuit knowledge and network protocols (IS-IS, spanning tree).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• CCNA certification or equivalent.
• Juniper certifications (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS).
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional - CCNP).
• Familiarity with Nortel and Ciena networking solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of IS-IS and spanning tree protocols.
