If you passionate about building secure and efficient networks, then we have the perfect role for you! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security and compliance, storage and performance of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate unauthorized access, vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
• Manage network operations and security using Cisco ACS application and other systems like Palo Alto firewalls, Dell, & Juniper switches.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Fortinet network switches to ensure network security and threat mitigation.
• Implement and manage Kemp load balancers to optimize application performance and ensure high availability by distributing traffic efficiently across servers and data centers.
• Manage QNAP NAS devices, including deployment, configuration, and integration.
• Maintain familiarity with Compellent and Synology storage solutions.
• Troubleshoot internal network and client connectivity issues including IDS/IPS, ACLs, NATs, SSL/TLS, and IPSec VPNs.
• Test and validate backup systems, recovery procedures, and failover mechanisms to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct network health reviews, perform capacity planning, and develop strategic plans for backups, firewalls, storage and servers.
• Contribute to project plans, manage assigned projects, communicate status, and escalate critical issues.
• Provide expert consultation and subject matter expertise for moderate to high-risk projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Network and System Administrator or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Networking principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Hands-on experience managing network infrastructure with Cisco ACS (Access Control Server), and proficiency in deploying and configuring QNAP NAS (Network Attached Storage) devices.
• Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
• A professional certification will be an added advantage. (e.g, Cisco CCNA, CCPN, CompTIA Network+ etc.)
