Position Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Network Optimization Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain's efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful changes through advanced analytics and strategic optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and optimization of our supply chain network, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance service performance.
Evaluate transportation, distribution, and inventory strategies to maximize efficiency.
Utilize cutting-edge modeling tools to develop and implement optimization strategies.
Collaborate with teams across Sales and Operations Planning to integrate advanced techniques and enhance planning processes.
Develop robust models for Production Capacity & Schedule Optimization to ensure proactive management of capacity gaps.
Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders effectively.
Support ad hoc analysis to mitigate operational disruptions and enhance customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in advanced analytics within Operations or Supply Chain.
Proficiency in MRP systems and Supply Chain management tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
