What we do

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40 million US residents who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled nearly 22,500 students, assisted over 8,000 to graduate, and recaptured over $85 million in tuition for our university partners. Today we build regional marketplaces to connect the supply of educational opportunities with the demand for skilled and credentialed workforce professionals.

The role

ReUp is looking for a Partner Operations Manager who is committed to supporting the smooth operations of our portfolio of partnerships, which span various stages of their life cycle.

In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams, including Partner Success, Sales, Learner Services, Marketing, and Data. Your responsibilities will include efficiently gathering essential partnership details such as scope, timelines, and data capabilities and limitations through partner engagement, and effectively conveying these details to internal stakeholders. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept in project management, as you will lead our partner onboarding process. As one of the first points of contact for new partners, an ideal candidate is highly collaborative and a proactive problem solver. You will also help identify opportunities to leverage partner data to enhance our operations and drive partner success.

What you’ll do

  • Project manage new partner implementation, coordinating with key points of contact at our partner institutions to meet major milestones and ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience that establishes a strong foundation for partnership with ReUp
  • Uncover stakeholder needs and anticipate challenges throughout implementation and beyond
  • Manage processing student lists from our partners; notably, you play a critical role in mapping, processing, validating, and ensuring the quality of partner files so that we can effectively interpret and digest the data
  • Assist the ReUp Data Team and key contacts at our partners if issues arise
  • Post-implementation, serve as a continued resource for any future operational and technical needs or changes, supporting the broader Partner Success team
  • Collect, review, and reconcile enrollment reports
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation about the partner, our partnerships, and processes, e.g., student attributes, academic programs, enrollment and other key dates, reporting elements, data capability, etc.
  • Represent the priorities of the Partner Success Team to our Data Team
  • Help us maximize the impact of data stored in Salesforce and other ReUp systems with reporting that informs our strategic account plan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years successful experience in a client-facing or account support role, including experience leading robust projects from start to finish
  • Experience analyzing, validating, and aggregating data from multiple sources
  • Experience mapping data and/or familiarity with student and higher ed data
  • Experience in Salesforce or another CRM
  • Experience in project management or coordination
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace and Excel, including formulas
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around data quality contexts is a must
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels or management
  • Higher ed experience a big plus

Location

ReUp is a remote organization with a geographically distributed team. This position will be based remotely in one of the states listed: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI.
